The Housing Trust staff is guided by a knowledgeable and passionate volunteer board. Anne, Stefani, and Alison work together to engage partners, homeowners, community leaders and housing professionals in the pursuit of creative solutions to Jackson's housing problem. When they aren't in the office, they can be found actively engaging runners, skiers, boaters and unsuspecting tennis players in the pursuit of creative solutions to Jackson's housing problem.
Anne has been the executive director of the Housing Trust since 2003. As the affordable housing issue in Jackson gets more difficult to address, her commitment to finding sustainable solutions increases. When Anne is not pushing the envelope on affordable housing or fighting the forces of evil (as the mother of two young super heroes) she most enjoys backcountry skiing with her husband in the Tetons.
Stefani moved to Jackson Hole in 2000. She holds a BA in communications and has worked in various leadership capacities in both Teton Valley, ID and Teton County, WY. At the Housing Trust, Stefani oversees development and communications. She is married with one son named Max. When not at work, Stefani enjoys all the outdoor recreation that Jackson has to offer.
Alison comes from a real estate finance background and has held a variety of leadership positions on non-profit boards. In 2018 she fulfilled a long-held dream and moved to Jackson. At the Housing Trust Alison manages tenant and homeowner interests and has the happy privilege of helping people in the community move into stable, affordable homes.
Carrie Kruse joined the Housing Trust is 2015 and manages all aspects of project planning and construction for the Housing Trust. Carrie's responsibilities include the development of project pro formas and governing documents (CCR's, plats, ground leases, and special restrictions). Carrie also facilitates the planning and permitting processes, secures financing, and ensures the project budget and schedule remain on track. Prior to joining the Housing Trust team, Carrie spent seven years focused on strategic planning and fundraising for a community based organization in New York City.
