New policies revamp housing regulations

A policy package approved Monday by the Jackson Town Council and the Teton County Board of County Commissioners charts a new direction for housing in Jackson Hole.

The town and county have embarked on a monthslong “Engage 2017” public outreach process to rework the rules that govern housing mitigation requirements imposed on developers and the restrictions placed on owners of affordable homes.

On Monday they decided what the new policies should look like.
