Citizens weigh in on housing regulations

About 100 citizens gathered at the Snow King Grand View Lodge on Monday night for a chance to voice their opinions about the town and county’s ongoing updates to housing regulations.

But eager engagement was no match for the technical complexity of solving Jackson Hole’s housing problems, causing some frustration.

The town and county are working to update the rules and regulations that govern affordable housing and housing mitigation requirements. As part of their Engage 2017 public outreach efforts, consultants were hired to gather public comment related to the updates.
