Applying for a Housing
Trust Home
The
goal of the Housing Trust is to support and strengthen
the Jackson Hole community by increasing homeownership
opportunities for those who work in Teton County, but
are unable to afford to purchase a home. To that end, we
build and sell homes at prices that are affordable to
working members of our community. Each Housing Trust
home is accompanied by a ground lease that allows our
homes to appreciate each year in tandem with an index
that reflects the cost of living in this region. This
ground lease ensures that Trust homes will always be
affordable.
